New England Sleep Diagnostic has worked with doctors and patients to design a streamlined referral process that provides quality service with an exceptionally quick turnaround. A patient can wait over two months for a space in a hospital based sleep laboratory. In addition we've found that the majority of patients would prefer the testing be done in the comfort of their own home. At New England Sleep Diagnostic patients can expect quick, courteous service and physicians can expect a complete report, usually within a week of referral. 1.	Ordering physician phones or faxes Patient Intake Form , statement of medical necessity and prescription to New England Sleep Diagnostic at TEL 978.578.6848 or FAX 978.927.2541
2.	We will call to verify the patient's insurance coverage
3.	One of our trained personnel will call the patient within 24 hours to set up an appointment.
4.	Once the sleep study is complete (one night), the equipment is returned by either pickup by a trained personnel or FEDEX.
5.	The sleep study will be scored by a licensed sleep technician and the results will be sent to the ordering physician within a timely manner, usually within 5-7 days.
